TAVEUNI ISLAND ACTIVITIES

Taveuni is Fiji’s Utopia.  Known as the Garden Island, Taveuni is Fiji’s hidden gem.  

 

Being the third largest island in Fiji, it is 37 miles long, 7 miles wide and rises 4000 feet above the ocean and plunges to depths nearly 4000 feet.  

 

Lake Tangimouci is right on the apex and it’s crystal clear waters cascade down through the dense rainforest into hundreds of small rippling rivers plus some roaring rivers and amazing waterfalls.  

 

For those travellers who love nature, beauty and peace this is the place to explore and relax. Not only is the land magical, the ocean rates as one of the top dive sites in the world.  The Rainbow Reef boasts over 30 dive sites, all different and all colourful and exciting.

 

Soft coral are multi hued, and some of the most colourful found anywhere in the world.  Fish life is abundant and the pinnacle for uniqueness and excitement is the Great White Wall.
